Refund, Return & Cancellation

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Sahyadri Nutraceuticals Multitrade Private Limited. This policy explains how cancellations, returns and refunds are handled.

1. Order cancellation

• You may cancel an order before it is dispatched by calling or emailing us with your order / invoice number.
• Once an order has been dispatched it cannot be cancelled, but you may request a return as described below.
• If we cancel your order (for example, due to stock unavailability), the full amount will be refunded.

2. Returns

Since our products are consumable health supplements, returns are accepted only in the following cases, reported within 7 days of delivery:

• Product received is damaged, leaking or tampered with.
• Wrong product or wrong quantity delivered.
• Product is past its expiry date at the time of delivery.

To request a return, contact us with your invoice number and clear photos of the product and packaging. Products must be unused, with the original seal and packaging intact. Opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons, except in the cases above.

3. Distributor buy-back

In line with the Consumer Protection (Direct Selling) Rules, 2021, a distributor may return saleable, unopened products purchased within the last 30 days, with the original invoice. The refund will be the price paid less any incentives already credited on that purchase and applicable taxes.

4. Refunds

• Once the return is approved (or the order is cancelled before dispatch), the refund is initiated within 2 working days.
• Refunds are credited to the original payment method (card, UPI, net banking or bank account) and usually reflect within 5–7 working days, depending on your bank.
• Where possible we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, with your consent.
• Shipping charges, if any, are refundable only if the return is due to our error.

5. Failed or duplicate payments

If money is debited from your account but the order is not confirmed, or if you are charged twice, the amount is automatically reversed by the payment gateway or refunded by us within 5–7 working days. Please contact us with the transaction reference if you do not receive it.
