These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the website sahyadrinutra.com and the purchase of products from Sahyadri Nutraceuticals Multitrade Private Limited, a company having its registered office at Shop No. A-08 & A-09, Shriram Towers, Kolki, Phaltan, Dist. Satara, Maharashtra - 415523, India (GSTIN 27ABSCS6160M1ZI). By accessing the website or placing an order you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and competent to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to make a purchase or register as a distributor.

2. Products and pricing

• All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are Maximum Retail Prices (MRP) inclusive of applicable GST, unless stated otherwise.
• Shipping charges, if applicable, are shown to you before you make the payment.
• Product images are for illustration; actual packaging may vary slightly.
• We reserve the right to change prices, offers and product availability without prior notice. Orders already confirmed will be honoured at the price paid.

3. Orders and payment

• An order is confirmed only after successful payment and our acceptance of the order.
• Payments can be made through the payment options offered on the website, including UPI, debit/credit cards and net banking, processed securely by our payment gateway partner.
• We may cancel an order in case of pricing errors, stock unavailability, suspected fraud or incomplete information. Any amount paid for a cancelled order will be refunded as per our Refund Policy.
• A GST tax invoice is issued for every order.

4. Distributor accounts

• Registration as a distributor is free. There is no compulsory purchase or joining fee to register.
• Distributors must provide accurate KYC details (PAN, Aadhaar, bank account). Payouts are made only to verified bank accounts after deduction of TDS and applicable charges.
• Incentives are earned only on the sale of products. The company does not guarantee any fixed income.
• Distributors shall not make exaggerated or false claims about products or income, and shall comply with the Consumer Protection (Direct Selling) Rules, 2021.
• The company may suspend or terminate an account for misuse, fraud, or violation of these terms.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

5. Health information

Our products are health supplements / Ayurvedic proprietary medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Information on this website is for general awareness only. Please consult a qualified physician before use. See our Disclaimer.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this website including the Sahyadri name, logo, product labels, text and images is the property of Sahyadri Nutraceuticals Multitrade Private Limited and may not be copied or used without written permission.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product shall not exceed the amount paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Satara, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of these terms.

9. Grievance redressal

For any complaint, contact our Grievance Officer using the details below. We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within 30 days.
