Shipping & Delivery Policy

This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to all orders placed with Sahyadri Nutraceuticals Multitrade Private Limited.

1. Delivery area

We deliver across India through reputed courier partners and through our authorised franchise / homeshop centres. Delivery to certain remote PIN codes may take longer or may not be available; we will inform you if your location cannot be served and refund the amount paid.

2. Processing and delivery time

• Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 working days after payment confirmation.
• Estimated delivery time is 3–7 working days for most locations in Maharashtra and 5–10 working days for the rest of India.
• Orders can also be collected from our office or the nearest authorised franchise, where available.
• Delivery timelines may be affected by holidays, weather, strikes or other events beyond our control.

3. Shipping charges

Shipping charges, if any, depend on the order value and delivery location and are clearly displayed before you make the payment. All product prices are inclusive of GST.

4. Order tracking

Once dispatched, the courier name and tracking number are shared with you by SMS / WhatsApp / email. Distributors can also view their order status in the distributor panel.

5. Receiving your order

• Please check that the package is sealed and undamaged at the time of delivery.
• If the package is damaged or tampered with, do not accept it, or report it to us within 48 hours with photos.
• Please provide a complete address and an active mobile number. Re-delivery due to an incorrect address may attract additional charges.

6. Undelivered orders

If an order is returned to us because it could not be delivered, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery or refund the order value as per our Refund Policy.
